Having trained in distribution with a large multi-national logistics firm since leaving school Andrew became disillusioned with the way the industry was heading and along with his Co-Director, Simon took the decision to set up a company where the focus lay on being able to provide a personal service that could be easily adapted to its clients needs. <br /><br />Andrew recently passed his Class 1 HGV test, something he had always wanted to do, quite remarkable that he has only just passed his test considering he has been in the industry for over 20 years. Due to the amount of time he spends in France we can only assume that REACT will have a depot in Nice before too long!"]

Colin heads up the operations side of the business ensuring that we are delivering the best possible service to our clients day in, day out. He oversees the allocation of staff and vehicle resources with the specific remit of solving problems before they impact on customer service.<br /><br />Colin is constantly looking for ways to demonstrate to our clients that there is added value in using REACT. Colin holds a Certificate of Professional Competence for both National & International Freight Operations. He has no great sporting interests having been a loyal fan of Hibernian FC since childhood."]

Self motivated, David obtained a Diploma in Logistics and Transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, National and International Certificates of Professional Competence. In 2004 David became part of the management team. He first gained experience in an administrative role for 18 months before moving into operations.<br /><br />David is now our Operations Manager at the companies Manchester depot. David looks after the day to day running of the depot including planning driver and vehicle allocations. With a strong emphasis on customer care and long-standing service he is well qualified to answer any of your queries."]

He was chiefly in charge of the day to day running of the vehicles and drivers when the Manchester depot first opened in 2005. Now that React has strengthened in numbers in the office his skills have lead to him taking on the responsibility for sales, customer service management and administration.  He also acts as account manager for a number of our blue chip customers.<br /><br />Granted since working with React and almost working 24 hours a day in getting the Manchester depot up and running his photo does not do him the justice of a spritely, right side of 40 year old!!. In his spare time when he gets some, his exuberant social lifestyle lets him enjoy a very nice bottle of red!"]

Text[6]=["","<strong>Jenna Redpath</strong><br />Office Manager<br /><center><img src=\'images/dotted_line_small.gif\' alt=\'\' width=\'240\' /></center>Jenna plays an important role in the efficient running of the business. Her main responsibilities lie in the accounting, administration and financial management of the company. Over the last couple of years she has been studying business management and accounting, to degree level, in the evenings to further her skills in the financial sector with React. Jenna loves nothing more than getting into a good spreadsheet and analyzing costs. In her opinion she spends too much time credit controlling and longs for the day when all clients pay on time.<br /><br />When she\'s not working Jenna enjoys learning anything new and spends her free time either volunteering at Victim Support or jumping about at Body Combat Fitness classes."]

He is our new trainee operations manager his role in the company is to learn the difficult job that Colin, Davie and Graham all have to do. Drew is enjoyed him self in this role but is keen for new challenges to progress him self further in the company. He has a lot to learn and realises that this will not be a quick process.<br /><br />Now Drew is in the transport industry we hope that his driving will change for the better for every ones sake!"]

His geographic knowledge is employed to the full in his primary roll of Traffic Planning. He deals with the day to day running of the vehicles and driver allocation and as a man who considers Carrot cake to be one of his 5 a day. His lateral chain of thought finds resolutions to adverse challenges."]

Jennifer’s role is to ensure that our clients paperwork is run as efficiently as possible and helps in all areas of administration.  Jennifer has worked in different areas over the years and her skills in administration help ensure we meet the deadlines and targets our clients require.<br /><br />In her spare time Jennifer‘s hands are full looking after her two small children which again is good experience whilst working alongside Drew and Colin."]

Mandy works part time in the mornings. She prides herself with helping resolve any customer queries and all administration tasks. She has brought a wealth of experience from working in the logistics industry for the past 11 years and enjoys a fast pace working environment.<br /><br />Juggling REACT with two small children comes with its challenges but ongoing supply of chocolate keeps her focussed on the day ahead."]
